Falcon 6X has the largest cabin in its class - more than 12 metres long, 2.58 metres wide and 1.98 metres high. Various cabin configurations are available with a capacity of up to 16 passengers. Dassault considers a 14-seat configuration to be optimal for the comfort of each passenger. This configuration implies two salons - one with two club areas for 4 passengers each and a lounge area with sofas. As in other business jets of this class, any pair of seats can be transformed into a sleeping place with a horizontal, flat surface, which will allow full rest when flying at night. The forward area includes a crew lounge area in addition to a full kitchen. 30 large-sized windows fill the cabin with natural light and visually expand the space even further. There is also a ceiling window in the kitchen area, which is usually illuminated only by artificial lighting.
The Dassault Falcon 6X is powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada's PW800 engines, the same engines used on the Gulfstream G500 and G600. According to engineers' statements, the Falcon 6X has the most advanced wing technology, which minimises the impact of turbulence. There is a new wing mechanisation surface, the ‘flaperon’, which acts as both an aileron and a flap. The Falcon 6X is fitted with a fully digital fly-by-wire control system of the latest generation. The cockpit features a system that combines enhanced and synthetic vision - the FalconEye Combined Vision System. Dassault expects the Falcon 6X to offer customers the most comfortable, technologically advanced and safe business jet with a range of 10,000 kilometres.
