If we talk about 1st generation of Phenom 100 (2008 - 2016) it is currently price in the range of 1.8 – 3M USD depending on total flight hours, year of manufacture, number of options and overall cabin condition. 2nd generation Phenom 100EV that was introduced in 2017 and is produced up till now has prices from 3.4M to 4.8M. New Phenom 100EV cost around 5M USD depending on options installed.
Yes, Phenom 100 has a lavatory at the rear part of jet. It can be used as additional belted 5th seat. It has a leather cover and can be a good alternative for short flight to booking a larger jet for higher price.
Maximum flight time of Phenom 100 is around 3 hour 10 min. But this largely depends on number of passengers, weather conditions en-route and alternative airports to the airport of destination. This influences the amount of fuel that must be reserved at the end of the flight.
Phenom 100 can be operated in single pilot mode. It is certified under Part 23 of the FAR’s. But this is primary for private flights when pilot is also an owner and needs to fly alone. Commercial charter flights are performed with two pilots.
