REQUEST QUOTE The Cessna Latitude private jet was designed to be revolutionary - a spacious and luxurious cabin comparable in size to a heavy class business jet. At the same time, the purchase and lease costs are similar to those of a medium-class aircraft. The project was announced in 2011, and in 2014 the air test programme began. In 2015, Cessna Latitude received a type certificate and in August began deliveries to owners. Since then, more than 150 units of Latitude have been built.

The passenger cabin is designed for 8 seats, but the most comfortable landing will be with 6 passengers on board, as the sofa for 2 seats at the entrance cannot be called very comfortable. Thanks to the ceiling height of 183 centimetres during the flight it will be comfortable to walk around the cabin even for tall people. The new cabin can be called both minimalistic and futuristic at the same time. The cabin is equipped with new armchairs of own design.
On board you can find everything you need in flight: a full bar and kitchen area, a large lavatory, a luggage compartment, as well as all modern entertainment systems. The portholes have two types of curtains - partially blackout and fully blind. The lighting system is located in the ceiling, seats and floor, thus achieving the effect of expanding the interior space.
In terms of weight, the Latitude is only 150 kilograms heavier than the Sovereign. The Cessna Citation Latitude is powered by Pratt Whitney Canada PW306D1 engines, again well proven in the Sovereign. Latitude is equipped with the most modern avionics systems: Garmin G5000, synthetic vision and augmented reality system. Pilot comfort and, consequently, flight safety are at a high level.

Price of new Cessna Latitude is €15 million to €17 million depending on the chosen options. Pre-owned models start from €12 million for a 2015 aircraft. Jet cost depends on year of manufacture, flight hours since new, maintenance history and overall cabin condition.
Although formally both business jets are from the same class, Cessna Latitude has higher passenger cabin (1.83 m to 1.75 in XLS), longer flight range (5,000 km to 3,890), more sophisticated avionics set. Purchase price of new Cessna Latitude is €2 million higher then of XLS.
Cessna Latitude is certified for single piloting for private flights. With Garmin G5000 flight deck it is possible to perform all the operations from the captains seat. However commercial flights are allowed only with two pilots for increased saferty.
