Leipzig International Airport (Flughafen Leipzig/Halle) serves two cities in Germany, Leipzig and Halle. The airport is the eleventh busiest in Germany in terms of passenger traffic. In addition to civilian use, the airport is also home to military personnel. Leipzig Airport is the main European hub for the postal operator DHL Aviation.
The airport opened in 1927. Two runways, each 3,600 metres long and arranged in a cross-shaped pattern, can accommodate all types of modern private aircraft. Leipzig Airport is open 24 hours a day.
Passengers of private aircraft are served in a separate General Aviation terminal, where all necessary services are located: check-in, customs control, passport control, security control. All formalities are carried out in an atmosphere of comfort and privacy as quickly as possible - it is enough to arrive at the terminal 30 minutes before the departure time.
Private jet charter costs are shown for informational purposes to provide an estimated price level for the specified route and jet model. The actual price for a specific flight may be lower or higher, depending on the season and current market situation.
